Prototype Learning Module for Food Service Associates (2025)

The following is a working proposal for a renewed learning experience for Food Service Associates working within the Henry Ford Health System. It was created to address many knowledge gaps at the time, such as possible religious preferences, various safety protocols that had not been addressed in virtual learning, specifics of the IDSSI Framework, and allergy precaution specifics. By reinforcing lessons taught in the kitchen in a virtual space, associates could process learning opportunities from the field at their own pace.
